		<description><![CDATA[What memories your post recalls for me. I have always loved good homemade pimento cheese. The summers I was 15 and 16 I worked at a little soda fountain actually located within a locally owned drug store (so you can see that this was a while ago). We made our pimento cheese using 10 lb blocks of some type of mild yellow cheese (not not processed). Our most popular sandwich was toasted or grilled white bread with pimento cheese and a couple of strips of bacon. wish I had one right now!]]></description>
